Yes. EveryPlayer stores data securely in the cloud using modern industry standards. Coaches only access the teams they are assigned to, while club administrators have complete control over permissions and access.
Start on any plan and use the full platform for 14 days. Your subscription begins automatically after your 14-day free trial unless cancelled before billing.
Nothing is charged during your trial. On day 15 your first payment is taken at the plan price you selected. Monthly plans bill every month; annual plans bill once a year.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings any time before day 15 and you won't be billed. If you cancel after billing, your access continues for 30 days from your cancellation request and you won't be billed again.
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Yes, parent and player accounts are free. You invite them by email from a player's profile and they get their own login to view development plans, radar charts and challenges.
Absolutely. Many coaches start on the Coach plan and move to a Club plan when other coaches at the club want in. Your data, reviews and player history all carry across.
Every team includes 2 coach seats as standard, perfect for a head coach and an assistant. Need a third coach on a team? Add an extra seat for £2.99/month.
No. Pricing is based on team count and coach seats, not player numbers. Youth teams have a cap of 20 players and senior/open-age teams 25, to keep squads manageable.
