Welcome to EveryPlayer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EveryPlayer platform, mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach, club admin or parent account. Players under 18 may only use the Service with verified parental or guardian consent obtained by their club or coach.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@everyplayer.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the Service to harass, abuse or discriminate against any person, including players in your care.
Coaches and clubs are the data controllers for player information they enter. You confirm that you have obtained any necessary parental consent before adding a player and that you will use player data only for legitimate coaching and development purposes.
The Service is operated by Every Player ("we", "us"), which is the seller of the subscriptions offered on the Service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, together with our own Refund Policy.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from More → Billing & Subscription. Once a cancellation request is submitted, your subscription remains active for 30 days from the request date, after which it ends and you will not be billed again. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its design, code, attribute frameworks and development-plan templates, is owned by Every Player and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the player and team data you enter.
You may upload club badges, logos, colours and other identifying material only where you own them or have the club's permission to use them in EveryPlayer, including on development plans, team sheets and PDF exports shared with players and parents. You are responsible for ensuring you have that permission. Every Player accepts no liability for unauthorised use of third-party names, badges or other material uploaded by users, and may remove such content if notified of infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from More → Your Data.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Every Player disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app message.
